Method 1: Uninstall the Brother Printer driver

  7. Consecutively, select the “Full Driver and Software Package” option.
  8. Click on the “Download” button present next to it and then save the “.exe” file wherever you want.
  9. When the driver download completes, double-click the file and select “Extract”.
